Pistachio Sobiyet consists of 13 layers of dough. It contains semolina cream and plenty of pistachios. It is ready in less time than classic baklava stays in the oven. It is cooked at 170 degrees.
It is recommended to consume in 1 week. (Please keep in a cool and dry place.)
Ingredients are granulated sugar, potable water, wheat flour, pistachio, wheat starch, egg, and common salt.
